Partner Blog: Our Meeting With Hill & Knowlton

The OLIP cohort recently had the pleasure of meeting with several representatives from Hill & Knowlton, including Shanice Scott, Kiki Cekota, Vivek Prabhu, Patrick Rooney and Jake Roseman. Hill and Knowlton (H&K) is a global strategic communications consultancy which offers a variety of services including support in the realms of public affairs, media relations, crisis management, and government relations. 

During our meeting, the OLIP interns had the opportunity to discuss several facets of H&K’s multi-dimensional work. As a truly global firm, we discussed how H&K is guiding their clients through a challenging and ever-evolving international environment. We learned how H&K utilizes their in-house sector leads to offer expert industry advice to clients from the healthcare, energy, technology and consumer good sectors (to name a few). Finally, the interns heard how the H&K team’s distinct and varied careers inform their current work, allowing them to see across party lines when advising clients and developing strategy.
