We are thrilled to announce that the 48th OLIP cohort began this September at Queen’s Park. The interns had an exciting orientation at the legislature, exposing them to various new and engaging perspectives.
This cohort’s first month was jam-packed with team-building activities and meetings with enthusiastic OLIP supporters. We had the opportunity to learn more about different Assembly offices, and we even ventured off-site for external meetings. We have already gained valuable insights and are eagerly anticipating what the rest of the programme holds.
This upcoming month, the interns are settling into their individual Assembly branch placements. These placements provide each intern with the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the behind-the-scenes workings of the Legislative Assembly.
